I’m a Functional Medicine Health Coach and one of the few UK-based Apollo ReCODE 2.0 Coaches, with over a decade of experience in health and wellbeing. My focus on brain health began after my father’s dementia diagnosis. It made me realise just how much is within our control - long before symptoms appear.
Why I do this
Life can be demanding. Balancing work, family, hormonal changes, and caring for ageing parents often means your own wellbeing comes last. I’ve been there, and I know how overwhelming it can feel.

My philosophy
Dementia risk is not fixed. How we eat, sleep, move, manage stress, and connect with others directly affects how our brains age.
Using functional medicine principles and mind body practices , I help people understand what their brains and body’s truly need and make sustainable changes that:
