My focus on brain health stemmed from my father’s dementia diagnosis. It prompted me to explore what could be done to protect cognitive function long before symptoms appear - it was then that I discovered how much is within our control.
Dementia risk is not fixed. The way we eat, sleep, move, manage stress, and connect with others directly influences how our brains age.
Like many women in midlife, I’ve balanced work, parenting, hormonal changes, and caring for ageing parents. I understand how easily your own wellbeing can slip down the list. That’s why my approach is highly personalised, evidence-based, and designed for
real-life impact.
Using functional medicine principles and the PreCODE protocol, I help women understand what their brains and bodies truly need - and make sustainable changes that lead to measurable transformation.
