I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between mind, body and lifestyle - how small, intentional shifts in what we eat, how we move, how we think and how we recover can fundamentally change how we feel and function over time.

This curiosity led me to train in functional medicine, nutrition, movement and mind-body practices, alongside other complementary therapies. Over time, my work naturally gravitated towards cognitive health - exploring how we can protect, optimise and support brain function across our lifespan.

I’m the Co-Founder of The NICA Clinic - New Interventions to Cognitive Ageing, created to bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and truly personalised, human care. Through both my individual work and the clinic, I’ve seen how thoughtful, evidence-led support can help people regain clarity, energy, confidence and a deeper sense of balance.

At my core, I value connection, curiosity, integrity and empowerment. I believe in meeting people where they are, guiding without judgement, and helping them understand what genuinely supports their health - not what fits a trend or template.
