As the daughter of a father who battled dementia, I know firsthand how devastating cognitive decline can be, both for the individual and their family. It’s this personal experience that inspired me to learn everything I could about preventing dementia and ageing in a way that protects the brain. It is my mission to help women take control of their brain health and reduce the risk of dementia as they age, dispelling the myth that it’s a natural part of ageing.
Through my extensive studies with Dr. Dale Bredesen, a pioneering neuroscientist and the author of The End of Alzheimer’s, I’ve created a 12 week programme focused on practical, science-backed strategies to improve brain function, boost mental clarity, and enhance overall health.
